Our clinic, where specialists in pediatric dentistry and orthodontics provide care, is a private dental practice offering oral and dental treatment for children and adolescents.
Depending on the child’s age, treatment needs and ability to cooperate, dental treatment under general anaesthesia may also be planned in a hospital setting when appropriate.

I have been working in pediatric dentistry since 2008. After graduating from Yeditepe University Faculty of Dentistry, I continued my clinical and academic work in pediatric dentistry. Following experience in various dental clinics and hospitals, I now provide care to children and adolescents in my own private practice.
My clinical interests include preventive dentistry, dental trauma, early orthodontic assessment and, when appropriate, dental treatment under general anaesthesia in a hospital setting.

Preventive applications, regular follow-up and healthy oral-care habits are used to support long-term oral and dental health and reduce the risk of tooth decay.
Orthodontic concerns identified during growth and development are assessed early so that appropriate guidance can be planned for jaw development and tooth alignment when indicated.
Following falls, impacts or accidents, dental injuries are assessed promptly and treatment is planned with the aim of preserving the teeth and surrounding tissues whenever possible.

A planned approach in pediatric dentistry
For young children, children requiring extensive dental treatment, children with special needs or those who find it difficult to cooperate with dental care, treatment under general anaesthesia may be considered after the necessary assessments.
Each child is assessed individually. The dental treatment needs and ability to cooperate are evaluated at the examination, and if general anaesthesia is planned, the process is coordinated with the hospital and anaesthesia team.
General Anaesthesia Information PageFrom the initial examination to post-treatment follow-up, the process is planned around the questions families most often ask.
Your child’s oral and dental examination is completed, necessary treatments are identified, and the need for general anaesthesia is discussed with the family.
Before treatment, your child’s general health is assessed by the anaesthetist and the family is informed about the necessary preparations.
The planned dental treatments are carried out in a hospital setting while your child is under general anaesthesia. When clinically appropriate, the aim is to complete the required dental treatment in a single general anaesthetic session.
After treatment, your child is monitored in the recovery and observation area. When their general condition is appropriate, most children can leave hospital the same day; an overnight stay is not routinely required.
The family is given instructions for care at home after treatment, and any necessary follow-up visits are planned.
